The Anti-Marketer
Background

My Story: From the Lab to the Maze

My career didn’t start in a marketing agency; it started in a research lab. During my undergraduate studies, I focused on Research Psychology, specifically studying attention bias modification and anxiety. I was fascinated by how the human brain, the original algorithm, processes triggers, filters noise, and makes decisions.

My research studies led me to an internship in digital marketing, where I realized that the “maze” of SEO, PPC, and paid media is just a massive, real-world application of the behavioral principles I had been studying.

For over six years, I’ve been mastering that maze. I started in the weeds of analytics and ad copy, moved into budget management, and eventually scaled entire accounts from the ground up. I’ve worked in the high-pressure environment of agencies and the focused world of in-house growth. My work has consistently beaten revenue targets by 30% and increased ROAS by 50%. I’ve even had clients ask me to stop spending because they literally couldn’t hire staff fast enough to keep up with the demand.

But the more I mastered the game, the more I realized how much I disliked the way it’s played.
For Marketers

Strategy over Gimmicks

Most marketing today is designed to exploit the brain, not respect it. I use my background in behavioral science to help other marketers move beyond “hacks” and “growth gems” to focus on the fundamentals that actually drive performance.

I provide Field Notes and Strategic Audits that look under the hood of your digital accounts. I don’t just look at the CTR; I look at the human intent behind it. I help you build high-impact, high-intent marketing that overcomes the modern consumer’s instinct to reject being sold to.

For Consumers

The Escape Route

If you feel like the world is constantly trying to sell you things you don’t need, you’re right. The game is being played against you, and it’s being played by experts who know exactly which buttons to push.

I use my six years of industry experience to unmask the playbook. I want to show you the “why” behind the ads you see so you can recognize the triggers and reclaim your attention. My goal isn’t to tell you to buy nothing, that’s not realistic. My goal is to help you consume with intent.

The Guide on Informed Intent Practical resources for buying less and living more.

Why “Anti-Marketer”?

Because I believe marketing should be a science of connection, not a game of exploitation. Whether you’re a business owner looking for sustainable growth or a consumer looking to exit the maze, I’m here to provide the map.
